The setting looks wrong
The place a story is set travels into every panel from the page beat — say where it is.
Panels take their sense of place from the page's beat. If the beat does not say where it is, each panel will make a reasonable guess and the guesses will not agree.
Name the place in the beat — the city, the kind of building, the time of day — and rescript the page. Then redraw the panels that were wrong.
