Characters look different between panels
Almost always an unlocked model sheet. Lock the character, then redraw the panels that are off.
A character is only carried into a panel if their model sheet is locked. Check the Cast tab — a gold ring means locked.
- Lock any character who is not locked, drawing a model sheet first if they do not have one.
- Go back to the pages that are wrong.
- Redraw the individual panels that are off, rather than the whole page.
Adding expressions to a locked character helps further when a scene asks for a lot of emotional range.
