Getting support
The ? menu in the studio opens a support form that sends the page you are on with your message.
- Open the ? menu in the studio's top bar.
- Choose Get support for something broken, or Send feedback for an idea.
- Describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Attach a screenshot if it helps — paste it, drag it in, or use Add screenshot.
The page you are on is sent with the message, so you do not have to describe where you were. Your email is filled in from your account and you can change it if replies should go elsewhere.

Did this not answer it? Open the ? menu in the studio and choose Get support — the page you were on travels with the message.
