Starting the next issue

A series is what carries between issues: the cast with their locked model sheets, the world, and the art style. Only the story is new.

1. 1Open the Publish tab.
2. 2Under Issue N+1, write one line about what happens next.
3. 3Press Write issue N+1 — the new issue's story is written in front of you, exactly like the first one's.

Returning characters are reused by name rather than reinvented, so the same locked sheets keep everyone on-model across the whole series. New characters appear only if the new story needs them.

You do not have to publish issue 1 first. Writing issue 2 is free; its cover is the only render, at 2 credits.
