Exporting CBZ and PDF
Export a comic archive or a print-ready PDF at any time, on any plan, free.
From the Publish tab you can export in two formats:
- CBZ — the standard comic archive, opened by every comic reader app.
- PDF — print-ready, at the page size your format uses.
Exporting is free on every plan and does not use credits.
What happens when you press it
The pages are composited on the server first, which takes a moment for a long issue, and the button says Composing pages while that happens. It then downloads, showing progress, and finishes with Saved.
If the button sits on Composing pages for a long time, the issue is long rather than stuck — a 32-page chapter is 192 panels to lay out.
