Adding more pages
The + tile at the end of the page rail appends a blank page. Its beat is yours to write, free.
The format sets how many pages an issue starts with, not how many it can have. To keep going:
- In the page rail, click the dashed + tile after the last page.
- Either write the new page's beat yourself (Story tab, or the chat with the page open) — or just press Script and draw.
- Draw it when you are ready.
A new page knows the story it belongs to. If you script it without writing a beat, the beat is written for you first — from the logline, the world, and every page before it — and saved to the Story tab where you can rewrite it. Pages are never scripted blind.
A 4-panel strip starts as one page because that is what a strip is — but nothing stops a strip becoming two, or ten. Adding and writing pages is free; only drawing costs credits.
