Trouble signing in

• ·If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google — an email and password will not exist for that account.
• ·If you signed up with email, your password must be at least eight characters.
• ·If you never confirmed your email, look for the confirmation message and open its link first.
• ·If you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page — see Resetting your password.

Confirmation and reset emails can take a minute and occasionally land in spam. If nothing arrives, use the contact link on the terms page.
