Resetting your password

1. 1On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? beside the password field.
2. 2Enter the email address on your account and send.
3. 3Open the link in the email that arrives.
4. 4Set a new password of at least eight characters and confirm it.

Setting the password signs you in, so there is no second step.

Reset links are good for one hour and can only be used once. Opening an old one shows a page offering a fresh link rather than a form that cannot work.

If you signed up with Google

There is no password on the account to reset. Use Continue with Google on the sign-in page.

If the email does not arrive

The form says the same thing whether or not an account exists, so it cannot be used to check which addresses are registered. Check the spam folder, and check you used the address you actually signed up with.
