What other people can see
Drafts are private. Nothing is visible to anyone else until you publish it.
Everything starts private. Your series, issues, pages and characters are visible only to you until you publish an issue.
Publishing makes that one issue readable at a public address. It does not expose your drafts, your other issues, or your cast.
Unpublishing takes it down again.
