The world, and why it matters
The setting is attached to every panel. One edit here fixes every page still to be drawn.
The world is a description of where the story happens, and it travels into every panel that gets drawn.
That is what stops a comic opening on a rooftop in one city and continuing in another. If your pages are drifting between places, the world is usually the field to fix — one edit, and every page drawn after it agrees.
Editing the world does not redraw existing panels. Redraw the ones that are wrong after changing it.
