When credits expire

There are two kinds of credit and they behave differently.

• ·Plan credits are granted each period and expire at the end of the period they were granted for. They do not roll over.
• ·Top-up credits — Refill, Stack and Run — are bought outright and never expire.

Which get spent first

Whichever is closest to expiring. That means a monthly allowance is always used before a top-up, so a top-up is never burned while a plan credit is sitting there about to lapse.

Top-ups cost slightly more per credit than a subscription. That is the trade for never lapsing.

The account panel's Billing tab shows your balance split into credits that never expire and the batch expiring soonest, with its date.
